Dear all faculty and staff,

In order to further optimize the college's procurement process, improve procurement efficiency and transparency, our college has recently made comprehensive revisions and improvements to the procurement management measures. After strict review and approval by the Campus Management Committee, the new procurement management measures have now officially taken effect.

This revision aims to ensure the compliance, fairness, and efficiency of procurement activities, and to better serve the teaching, research, and daily operational needs of the college. We ask all faculty and staff to strictly adhere to the relevant regulations and procedures of the new measures in subsequent procurement work, and to jointly maintain the procurement order and interests of the college.
